Product Description:

The Aluminum Alloy 8011 aluminum strip, with a thickness range of 0.12–0.25mm and customizable width, is a high-purity aluminum alloy (aluminum ≥99.1%, iron 0.6–1.0%, silicon 0.5–0.9%, trace manganese, copper) in H14 or H16 temper, featuring an insulating polyethylene (PE) coating for cable sheaths. This alloy offers excellent corrosion resistance, good formability (elongation ~3–8%), and sufficient strength for shielding (tensile strength ~125–165 MPa). The insulating PE coating provides electrical insulation, moisture resistance, and protection against environmental wear, ensuring reliable cable performance. Its lightweight nature (density ~2.71 g/cm³) reduces cable weight, while its recyclability (recovery rate >95%) supports sustainable electrical manufacturing.
